Should I raise SEIS, EIS or pitch a VCT?

Stage and round size drive the answer.

SEIS is for the earliest rounds with tight limits. EIS works for follow-on growth rounds within the EIS rules. VCT investment is institutional and tends to come later with different governance expectations. Most growth-stage UK companies use them in that order.
